Hi,
Would you please provide more error details about this event? We could abstract more as far as enough information from your description.
Sorry for hijacking the thread, but this is a rather bizarre error, and I've just experienced it as well. Any ideas?

If I had to take a guess, I would guess that this service is related to your wireless network adapter. I would suggest posting the details of your configuration, including the wireless adapter version.
I would also suggest updating that wireless adapter driver with the latest driver from the system or device manufacturer. If you are running any software that monitors or affects wireless connectivity, I would suggest disabling it to see if the error goes away.

Thanks for the suggestion, though I should have mentioned my pc is a desktop, LAN only.
Whatever the error is referring to, it's stopped now, albeit for all the wrong reasons:
The maximum file size for session "EventLog-AirSpaceChannel" has been reached. As a result, events might be lost (not logged) to file ""C:\Windows\System32\Winevt\Logs\AirSpaceChannel.etl. The maximum files size is currently set to 1048576 bytes
Searching the ETL lends very little, save for this GUID: f562bb8e-422d-4b5c-b20e-90d710f7d11c. I think it is related to the Office 365 web installer, but that's just a hunch.
